User Testing Part Two

I have conducted another testing session using the scenarios described here in yesterday's test session.

This time, I was able to conduct my tests with two people at once, Krystina and Kura, each offering their own feedback.

Feedback:

• The highlighted elements on the home page were too similar to buttons, and in both cases the users tried to click on them to accomplish their task. This is an observation also made in yesterday's test, that these elements look unlike their function.
• A new observation and suggestion was that when a seller is viewing their listing, Edit and Delete functionality should be made available on the page, rather than the user needing to navigate to their dashboard in order to perform these tasks.
